The displayed price and the amount charged
With monthly billing, the displayed price is charged each month. With annual billing, the monthly price is an equivalent: the stated annual total is charged in one payment. Paid-plan token allowances remain expressed per month.
Prices are shown in US dollars. The payment summary specifies the currency, applicable taxes and any discounts before confirmation. Subscription starts from your Chatyx account.
Three units to understand your usage
- Message tokens
- These measure the text processed for exchanges: the question, context used and answer. A long message or a reply using extensive source material can consume more.
- Storage tokens
- These relate to processing content added to the knowledge base. They are separate from file size and conversation usage.
- File storage
- Measured in MB or GB, this is the space occupied by uploaded files. Source count, file storage and token allowances are different limits.

How many messages does that represent?
The card estimates assume 5,000 tokens per AI message: 1,000,000 tokens therefore represent about 200 messages. This is a guide, not a guaranteed message count. Exchange length and the context used affect consumption.

Your Chatyx subscription covers its allowances. It does not replace your store or hosting subscription, or any fees charged by connected platforms.
WhatsApp Business Platform may charge for certain delivered messages depending on their category and the recipient’s country. Check Meta’s current rate card for your use case.

Before you choose
Can I try Chatyx before subscribing?
Yes. Create an account to use the free plan or start with the website demos. Test your own questions and sources to estimate the usage your business needs.
Does annual billing give me twelve times the quota immediately?
No. Annual billing describes the payment schedule. The displayed monthly allowances do not become a single annual credit to spend at once.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Check your limits and renewal date in your account. An operation may be blocked when it exceeds a quota. You can reduce the sources used or choose a suitable plan; unlimited answers are not included.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription from your Chatyx account and the billing portal. Check your plan’s terms and the refund policy, especially for an annual payment.
