What is Chatyx?
Chatyx is a no-code SaaS platform that lets you create, deploy, and manage multi-channel AI chatbots (website, Telegram, WhatsApp) in just a few minutes—no coding required.
Who is Chatyx for?
Freelancers, small and medium-sized businesses, e-commerce stores, scale-ups, and large enterprises — any organization looking to automate support, boost conversions, or deliver interactive content.
- Open your dashboard → “Create a chatbot.”
- Give it a name, an avatar, a tone of voice, and your brand colors.
- Add your data sources (URLs, PDFs, CSVs, etc.).
- Save — your chatbot is ready to be tested and deployed.

Can I connect an external database or API?
Currently, importing is done via files and URLs.
How do I change the widget design?
Color palette, logo, button shape, welcome message, and quick replies can be configured in the “Appearance” tab. Changes are instantly applied to the already embedded script.
Can I set the bot’s language and personality?
Yes — via the “System Message.” Choose the language, style (professional, friendly, emoji, etc.), and content rules.
How do I integrate the bot into my website?
Copy the provided script and paste it just before the /body tag on your page. No iframe or additional bundle needed.
Is Telegram / WhatsApp integration complicated?
Telegram: paste the BotFather token.
WhatsApp: follow the Meta Business connection wizard.
Are other channels planned?
Slack, Discord, and Shopify are on the roadmap. Do you have any specific priorities?
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes — instant upgrade or downgrade. Billing is handled by Stripe.
Do you accept annual payments?
Yes, at about 30% off compared to the monthly rate.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or students?

What’s the difference between “message” tokens and “storage” tokens?
Message tokens: those sent to the LLM to respond to users.
Storage tokens: those used to vectorize and store your data.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
The bot stops responding, and usage can be tracked in detail in the dashboard → “Token Audit.”
What metrics does the dashboard provide?
- Real-time consumption of the different token types over 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year
Automatic conversation summaries over 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days
Where is my data hosted?
On European servers (Supabase + encrypted storage).
Is Chatyx GDPR-compliant?
Yes — data encrypted in transit and at rest, right of access/deletion, and logs limited to technical needs.
What support is included?
Free Plan: FAQ + email response within 48 business hours
Starter & Growth: email response within 24 hours
Scale-Up: priority email support within 8 hours
Enterprise: 24/7 VIP support (SLA < 1 hour)

What is your refund policy?
- Monthly subscriptions: no refunds (cancellation possible at any time).
- Annual subscriptions: refunds available within 14 days of purchase, provided you can prove a major service malfunction. Requests must be made by email and, if approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
How do I cancel?
Directly in the dashboard. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not retroactively credit already paid periods.
Where is the data stored and what guarantees are in place?
Hosting on Supabase/Hostinger in Europe, HTTPS connections, data encrypted at rest and in transit, access monitoring.
Do you use marketing cookies?
No. Only essential internal cookies (chatyx_user ID) and localStorage for conversation history are used.
Can I choose the LLM model (GPT-4o, GPT-3.5, etc.)?
Not yet — the service currently runs on a single model (GPT-5-nano). Model selection is part of the planned features.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
Chatyx aims for 24/7 availability, excluding planned maintenance. Scheduled downtime is announced in advance. The Enterprise plan includes 24/7 VIP support with a response time under 1 hour, but no quantified uptime SLA is currently contractual.
