Refund Policy

At Chatyx, we strive to provide a high-quality service that meets the needs of every user. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund. Our policy is as follows:
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-binding and can be canceled at any time.
No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions that have already been billed, even if the service was not used.
Abonnements annuels
If you have purchased an annual subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of signing up, provided you can supply proof that the service did not function.
Examples of acceptable reasons:
The application did not work at all despite troubleshooting attempts
No response from support within a reasonable time frame

Briefly describe the issue you encountered
Provide a screenshot or any evidence demonstrating the malfunction
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the card used for payment within 7 business days.
Exclusions
No refunds will be granted for partial usage or general dissatisfaction without clear technical justification.
No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period following the purchase of an annual subscription.
Cancellation vs. Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by email.
Cancellation stops any future billing but does not provide a retroactive refund.
