We only collect data necessary for the proper functioning and improvement of the service:

  • Account data: email (required for registration), first name, last name, website (optional).

  • Marketing preferences: option to receive updates (enabled/disabled by the user).

  • Messages: conversations with chatbots, stored via Supabase.

  • Data sources: files (PDF, DOCX, CSV, etc.), URLs, and other content provided by the user.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, usage logs, token consumption, internal metrics.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The data is used for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing user accounts

  • Operating the service (chatbots, automations)

  • Billing subscriptions based on usage

  • Improving the service through anonymized analytics and technical logs

  • Personalizing the user experience

  • Sending marketing communications only with explicit consent

  • Ensuring platform security

4. Cookies and Local Storage

  • Essential cookies: required for the site to function (e.g., chatyx_user to maintain conversation continuity).

  • Local storage: messages exchanged with chatbots are stored in the user’s browser to restore chat history across sessions.

  • Performance and functional cookies: used to analyze usage and remember preferences.

  • Marketing cookies: only with explicit consent. No third-party advertising cookies are enabled without your consent.

6. User Content Confidentiality

  • Messages sent to chatbots are transmitted to AI models (LLMs, including OpenAI) solely to generate responses.

  • Files and URLs provided by users are only used to train their own chatbots.

  • They are never reused to train other models without explicit consent.

  • Users can delete their chat history at any time from the interface (trash icon).

7. Data Security

We implement strict technical and organizational measures, including:

  • Secure HTTPS connections

  • Authentication via Supabase with isolated sessions

  • Restricted data access permissions

  • Access monitoring and anomaly detection

  • Encryption and regular audits

8. User Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access: obtain a copy of your data

  • Correct your information

  • Erasure: permanently delete your account and data

  • Objection: object to the processing of your data (e.g., marketing)

  • Data is kept as long as your account remains active.

  • If you delete your account, all associated data (messages, files, profiles) is permanently deleted.

Chatyx is intended for users 16 years and older. Users under 16 may only register with explicit parental consent.

11. Consent for Chatbot Message Processing

  • Access to the chatbot requires explicit consent before the first interaction.

  • Messages are processed solely to generate relevant responses.

  • They may be anonymized and retained to improve the user experience (e.g., conversation context management).

  • Conversations are linked to a unique identifier (chatyx_user cookie).

12. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. It may only be shared in the following cases:

  • With your explicit consent

  • With service providers under confidentiality agreements

  • To comply with legal obligations

  • To protect our rights or those of other users
