1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chatyx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Chatyx.

2. Purpose and Service Description

Chatyx is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to create, customize, and manage professional AI chatbots, which can be integrated into their websites, WhatsApp, or Telegram. The service includes chatbot creation tools, data integration (files, URLs, etc.), visual customization, and performance analytics.

3. Account Registration

Registration requires a valid email address and accurate information.
Only one account per user is allowed unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
You must notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Chatyx legally and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Creating chatbots containing defamatory, hateful, violent, pornographic, racist, or discriminatory content.
Uploading, transmitting, or injecting viruses, malicious code, or spam.
Attempting to access other users’ systems or data.
Sharing login credentials with third parties.
Circumventing technical limitations linked to your subscription plan.
Copying, reverse-engineering, or reproducing Chatyx technology.

Chatyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these rules, without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed according to the chosen billing cycle.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Stripe.
All prices are listed excluding taxes (excl. VAT).
Refunds are only granted according to our Refund Policy.
Chatyx may adjust its pricing with 30 days’ prior notice.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your data and content.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Your data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Chatyx, its software, design, content, logo, and trademarks are protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability and Limitation

Chatyx makes every reasonable effort to provide a stable, secure, and reliable service. However:

We do not guarantee the complete absence of errors, bugs, or service interruptions.
Chatyx shall not be held liable for data loss due to misuse, misconfigured chatbots, or business consequences resulting from chatbot responses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatyx’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
Deletion is irreversible and results in the permanent erasure of all associated data.
Chatyx may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms.
Provisions related to intellectual property shall survive termination.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.
Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. In case of conflict between the French and English versions, the French version shall prevail.
